3.2 Data Accuracy and Timeliness

All facility data displayed on WiseCareGuide is sourced from publicly available CMS.gov databases. However:

• Data may be incomplete: Not all facilities report all data points, and some information may be missing or unavailable.

Our composite Quality Score (0-100) is a proprietary metric created by WiseCareGuide to help users compare facilities. It is based on publicly available CMS data but is NOT an official CMS rating. The Quality Score is one of many factors you should consider when evaluating facilities. Different weighting methods or data sources may produce different scores.

3.4 Cost Estimates Disclaimer

Cost estimates provided by our Cost Estimator tool are approximate and based on industry averages. Actual costs vary significantly based on:

• Individual facility pricing
• Level of care required
• Room type and availability
• Geographic location within a state
• Insurance coverage and eligibility
• Additional services and amenities

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
